RNX -Blank Sheets for Printing Industry (Sheets with back liner):

RNX blank Sheets can be printed with most of the Sheet Feeding Offsets and are supplied as blank RNX -sheets ready to be printed most sheet handling offsets. Back cardboard is for easier printing and after handling processes.


RNX is now building up a World Wide RNX -authorized printing house network for each

RNX Offset Sheets:
- Sheets are glued (1-2 mm width stripe) at both width ends for sheet feeding process
- Waste and glue takes totally about 10 mm from edge -> decreasing printing area 20 mm
- Different back liner alternatives to meet different printing machinery and requirements:
   e.g. A) 205 gr/m2 cardboard  B) 190 gr/m2 celloca
- plastic colors are used - film corona (dyne 36) treated polypropylene
- both UV -inks (better for plastic) and oxygen drying inks are used
